HOW TO PREPARE DRY SEA MOSS:
1. Rinse off in water 3/4x to clean thoroughly.
2. Soak in limes or lemons, spring water or distilled water to re-hydrate. The sea moss will more than double in size and become softer. Let soak for 24-72 hrs whatever you prefer. I cover it with Saran wrap and place in the fridge.
3. TO USE (Do Not Cook) - Add the whole sea moss to the blender when making smoothies. Please store in glass jar do not use plastic! Thicker gel less water, watery gel add more water.
DO NOT exceed 32oz of water for every 2oz of sea moss.
2 oz. of Sea Moss, can make about 32 oz. of Sea Moss Gel. 4oz of Sea Moss 64 oz. & so forth.
