- Soak in Room Temperature Water for 4-24 Hours With Lime/Lemon Juice. Lime/Lemon Reduces Ocean Taste and Smell, Without Altering the Potent Benefits.
- Sea Moss Will Turn into a Light-Gold Translucent Color. the Texture Will Be Soft and Slippery. Sea Moss Will Increase in Size.
- Blend Sea Moss with Spring Water Until It’s a Smooth Gel Consistency.
- Store Gel in the Fridge in an air tight Glass Jar.
- Use 2-4 Tablespoons Daily as Desired.

Sea moss gel can be stored in the fridge for 4-5 weeks for Optimum Freshness.
It can also be frozen for up to 6 Months. (Do not place in freezer directly from package the glass will crack. Refrigerate and transfer to freezer once chilled.)
